Find out what is causing your video not to save
There are two major reasons why your video may not be saving correctly.
Outdated Engine
Search the Google Play Store and download the right Plugin for the device.
- Check if "Remote Support Service" app is already installed. If so, UNINSTALL it.
- Launch the Mobizen app to see "Install additional plugin to connect via WiFi".
- Restart the app and try recording and save verify the recording being saved.
Lack of Storage Space
Go to Home > Settings > Storage and free up the space by removing those unused apps.
